Ordering and Shipping Policies
For individual online products (such as Profiles and Reports), you will receive a standard order confirmation email, and a separate fulfillment email that contains a unique online access code to your assessment. Access codes are delivered manually within 24 hours of order receipt.
For purchases of EPIC credits, you must have an existing EPIC account. Please visit our EPIC page to learn more.
For each purchase of EPIC credits, you will receive a standard order confirmation email, and a separate fulfillment email that confirms your EPIC credits have arrived in your account. EPIC credits are transferred manually within 24 hours of order receipt.
For physical products, such as books, facilitation kits or training materials, we offer standard USPS shipping options. Orders are processed within 24 hours, except on weekends.
Returns and Exchanges
