Mary has over twenty years of deep and broad experience working internationally as a researcher, curriculum designer, facilitator, and administrator of learning and performance. She supports corporate strategy and change management with creative learning solutions that strengthen leadership, and improve organizational effectiveness and performance for clients in industry, social services and academe. Mary possesses a B.A. in Theatre and French from University of Wisconsin and a M.Ed. in curriculum theorizing from DePaul University. She is an evidence-based coach and PCC certified by International Coach Federation as an executive coach. Deborah combines words, pictures, chart and maps to help clients manage projects, visualize their ideas, solve complex problems, optimize processes and systems and develop effective strategies. As a certified Back of the Napkin visual thinking trainer, she train leaders and teams how to use simple pictures to achieve clarity in work and life, articulate and communicate complex strategies, accelerate innovation, illuminate hidden opportunities and enable authentic conversations.  As a seasoned Project Manager Deborah is in a unique position to help clients. She has faced the struggles of getting everyone on the same page and moving forward. Jill Archer, Graphic Recorder and Facilitator

Jill listens well and draws large. She revels in turning words into shapes so that they reflect new meaning and ways of thinking. She understands that ideas are seen in a new light when they’re drawn, revealing new angles to any issue. Jill began her career as a commercial artist for advertising agencies and evolved into user experience and web development, and now focuses on graphic recording and design consulting. She has always been a graphic storyteller in one form or another—with extensive experience drawing for non-profits, universities, corporations, and small business. Jill has helped clients such as ComEd, Housing Forward, Whole Foods Market and others capture strengths, emergent thinking and high-reaching plans.

Lauri Dietz, Associate Consultant

Lauri Dietz regularly delivers workshops and facilitates trainings on workplace communication, providing effective feedback, and connecting leadership values to practices. Lauri has taught and worked in higher education for almost twenty years where the majority of her research and publications focus on building and sustaining cultures of writing, revision, and reflection. She earned a B. A. in English from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a PhD in English Renaissance Literature from the University of Notre Dame. Lauri is an elected board member for the International Writing Center Association, where she plans and hosts regional and international conferences related to writing and the teaching of writing.

Brandon Ciarlo, Associate E-Learning Designer and Digital Cinematographer

Brandon Ciarlo is a creative consultant and learning technology specialist who specializes in e-learning and organizational storytelling. As a skilled director and writer, he lends his talent as a cinematographer and animator to creating training modules and producing videos that are engaging, inspiring, and impactful no matter what the content. Recent projects include writing and directing an organizational "infomercial" on an improved performance management system and producing an e-learning series to train employees in best practices for workplace communication.
